Fraser is a founding investor, Chairman and CFO of TessPay, a blockchain-based company that is developing a Transaction Escrow Settlement System for supply chain payments. Currently, the company’s main focus is the global Wholesale Telecom industry.
Prior to Fraser’s role in TessPay, he began his storied business career as a senior partner at Ernst & Young Canada. Beginning in 1964, his many responsibilities included development and management of the Canadian corporate finance practice, management of the Canadian consulting practice and membership on the Canadian Executive Committee with a key role in the strategic growth of the firm until 2000.
As Chairman and CFO in the development and management of Champion Digital Inks. (formerly Champion Photochemistry), Fraser’s contributions since 1981 have included a series of cross border acquisitions that lead to a global business with operations in the United States, France and Malaysia. He also created a financing strategy for the business based on banking and credit insurance relationships developed in Spain.
Since 2014, Fraser has been a member of the advisory board for Newcom Media, a North American B2B publisher and industrial tradeshow company that focuses on trucking. Fraser recently facilitated a major acquisition for Newcom Media.
Fraser’s many qualifications include business strategy, corporate governance, financing, acquisition, deal negotiation, and global business management.

Dvai’s extensive knowledge of Telecom and close relationships with senior members of Canada’s major telcos will be of great value to TessPay.
Dvai Ghose was appointed Global Head of Equity Research at Canaccord Genuity, a leading independent Canadian broker in 2015 and assumed the additional role of Head of Strategic Development in 2017, before retiring in 2019.
As Head of Strategic Development, Mr. Ghose monitored global markets, opportunities and trends in order to evaluate strategic development activities across global capital markets and wealth management businesses. He worked closely with the global partners and executives of Canaccord Genuity Group to set the overall strategic direction of the firm, drive innovation and efficiency and maximize performance across our operations and geographies.
As Global Head of Equity Research, Mr. Ghose managed a team of 80 analysts in Canada, the US, UK and Australia. Previously, he served as the firm’s Head of Canadian Equity Research while also covering Telecommunications and Cable stocks.
Prior to joining Canaccord Genuity, Mr. Ghose served in the same capacity at Genuity Capital Markets. He covered Telecommunications and Cable stocks at CIBC World Markets from 1999 to 2006, and at HSBC Securities from 1996 to 1999. During his career as an analyst, Mr. Ghose was consistently ranked as an all-star analyst in Canada by the Brendan Wood International survey, and as a top analyst for stock picking and EPS estimate accuracy in North America by Starmine and Forbes Magazine.
Mr. Ghose holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from the University of Oxford.
